These terms apply to all orders placed through zylvajwl.com, operated by Zylva. By placing an order you agree to them. Contact us at zylva504@gmail.com.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if an item is out of stock, if there has been a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Prices and offers

Prices include UK VAT where applicable. Import duties for orders outside the UK are covered in our Shipping Policy.

Where we run a Buy One Get One Free offer, the free item is part of a single purchase. If you return part of the order, the offer no longer applies and any refund is adjusted accordingly. Offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time, though this will not affect orders already placed.

Products

Our jewellery is silver-tone and is not solid sterling silver. To keep your jewellery in good condition, avoid water, perfume, and lotions. Wear and tarnish over time are not manufacturing faults.

Delivery, returns, and refunds

These are covered in our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Our liability

Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer, or limits our liability where the law does not allow it. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, such as postal disruption or customs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by law. If you are a consumer in the EU, this does not remove the mandatory protections of the country you live in.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
