Shipping

All orders are packed and dispatched from the United Kingdom.

UK delivery is free. Delivery times and options for your country are shown at checkout. Estimates can be affected by customs or postal delays.

Customs and import charges

For orders outside the UK, any import VAT or duties are charged separately by your country’s customs authority and are not included in the price at checkout.

Delayed or missing parcels

If your order has not arrived within 14 days of dispatch in the UK, or 30 days internationally, email us at zylva504@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will replace or refund it.

Refused or unclaimed parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, or the charges were not paid, we will refund the cost of the items once it reaches us. Return postage costs will be deducted.
